Description: Once described in the music press as "not so much a musician, more a hooligan who got a bass guitar for Christmas", Wolf (Engine Of Excess) has played in many bands over the years, first appearing on the national circuit at the tender age of thirteen, fronting the Glam Metal outfit Narcissus. Although Wolf's main role over the years has been that of bass player and lead vocalist, he has turned his hand to various duties depending on which band recruited him and what they needed at the time. Bands of note include the aforementioned Narcissus, Punk bands The Agitators and Division 4, Post Punk band Square Shapes, Heavy Rock outfits Thunderchilde, Roxberg, Radio Free Moscow, Stateline, and The Grudge, and seminal NWOBHM miscreants Avalanche.

1992 saw Wolf's ever escalating musical career come to a shuddering halt in the shape of a horrific motorcycle crash, which resulted in him losing his left leg above the knee, and severely damaging his left hand which had to be reconstructed bone by bone. A particular nightmare for any guitar player.

Now, after a much extended period of recovery, Wolf is once again back where he truly belongs... angrier and darker than ever before.

You have been warned... the Wolf is back on the prowl.
