AstrovampsAmerikan GothickLabel: Alice In... Track Listing:
Description: Founded in 1991 by singer Daniel Ian and keyboardist Eyajo Joseph in Los Angeles, Astrovamps were the pioneers of the LA Goth subculture. Musically influenced by Bowie, Bauhaus, Joy Division, as well as by the Sex Pistols and the Misfits, the band got quickly booked as opener for established acts such as Christian Death and Eva O. before they became a much demanded headliner act themselves. Their latest album "Amerikan Gothick" features 19 tracks with influences ranging from Death Rock to Glam and from Horrorpunk to Blues - unique and extreme! Includes two amazing covers: "Everyday Is Halloween" by Ministry and "Paint It Black" by the Rolling Stones. Send Review |
